 DESCRIPTION
This is a transistor array of 3 NPN and 2 PNP transistors. They are in a DIP package and have a common substrate. Each transistor has an Hfe min. of 150, 200mw disipation and minimum working voltage of 35V. These parts were used in a lot of older RCA data book designs and are hard to locate.
